Finding equipment and items
Start with the item you can actually inspect in a shop, your inventory or the Auction House. Its tooltip shows its requirements and the state of that particular item.

Before you buy
Check required level and class, binding, expiry time and the item's actual bonuses. Upgrade level, rarity, awakening and Wheel progress are different things.
A name appearing in a legacy item database does not prove it drops, is sold or can be equipped in the current game. Use a confirmed current source when planning a purchase or farming route.
