Choosing a weapon
Start with the weapon type your class can use. Check the required class and level on its tooltip before buying or upgrading it.
| Class path | Main weapon |
|---|---|
| Mercenary / Knight / Blade | Sword or axe; second jobs use their matching one-handed or two-handed equipment |
| Acrobat / Ranger | Bow |
| Acrobat / Jester | Yoyo |
| Assist / Billposter | Knuckle |
| Assist / Ringmaster | Stick |
| Magician / Psykeeper | Wand |
| Magician / Elementor | Staff |
Compare the whole item
Look at attack, useful bonus stats, upgrade level and rarity. The item name alone does not tell you everything about a particular drop or Auction House listing.
Weapons and shields support regular awakening. Eligible weapons also have a custom Weapon Stat Wheel; these are separate ways to improve a weapon.
Improving a weapon
- Normal upgrades use Sunstone and go up to +10.
- Ultimate upgrades use Shining Orichalcum and their own protection.
- Elements change how the weapon interacts with an enemy's element.
- Rarity rerolls change the rarity tier.
- Wheel progress comes from kills while the eligible weapon is equipped.
Read upgrading before attempting anything that can destroy the item.
Where to get one
Compare equipment offered by the NPCs you can reach, your actual monster drops and the Auction House. A weapon appearing in an old item list does not mean it is obtainable in the current game.
Manaya's Core level 140 weapons
These weapons require level 140 and their matching Hero class. Get finished weapons from Lakan Hard or Expert, or collect Lungorthin Weapon Essence in Lungorthin Hard or Expert and craft a selected weapon at Marche in Flaris.
One weapon costs 8 Essence, except Blader one-handed swords and axes, which cost 4 each. A dual pair therefore costs 8. See the full weapon recipe table and dungeon rules. This route does not include the separately registered Manaya shield.
